Underground rapper and singer “Myagvng” doesn’t shy away from an opportunity to be heard. In a span of over one year she has managed to deliver six visuals as well as the release of here first EP titled “Not Every One” of which her lead single off of the five track project is ‘We Not Together’. This volume of output in a 13 to 14 month period is not an easy undertaking for most independent artists with a similar size fanbase to hers.
Myagvng’s meditative approach to her creative process tends to inspire a fusion of R&B, Punk and cloud-Rap, which can generate a sonic blend that may not be easy to consume for tamed ears that have never driven off the mainstream music industry’s commercialized paths. Myagvng’s self-assured charm and feminine prowess is clearly evident in the ‘KillGrady’ directed visual which provides a perfect stage for her individualism to shine more brilliantly. Her performance in the music video offers her the best opportunity to highlight the song’s hook and infectious potential. So what do you think?
